My purchasing experience was offputting. I bought my car with one issue that needed fixed. They agreed to have it fixed free of charge at a later date. On my way home the day I purchased the vehicle, the service engine light came on, I had it scanned and I had a bad thermostat. Took my car back one week later, 5 hours out of my day and took the car back home because they didn’t have the parts. Fast forward to a full month of owning the vehicle and it is finally fixed. I have to say Bryce, made the entire experience much more pleasant than I anticipated, with the fiasco leading up to the car being fixed. He offered me a loaner vehicle, met me at my convenience to trade off vehicles and kept me informed the entire time. I was beyond disappointed with my entire experience until Bryce “saved the day” with the final repair of my vehicle. More
