Horrible experience from the get go ended up having 2 bad tires a bad wheel bearing cant believe they put a car on the lot for sale that hadn't even been inspected all paper work and everything was done wait tires a bad wheel bearing cant believe they put a car on the lot for sale that hadn't even been inspected all paper work and everything was done waiting to take my car home and they come back and tell me about the tires and wheel bearing it was so loud the bearing I was scared to drive the car so it sat at my house for 3 days,couldn't get answers from anyone the next day nobody knew what was going on finally my husband went to the dealer on the next monday couldn't get my car on until the following friday so that took almost 5 hrs and I live 40 minutes away so had to sit there all day came back to pick the car up and talked to 2 different people couldn't find my keys asked for paper work of what was done to my car and you would have thought I asked them to cut their arm off totally unorganized just ridiculous and I'm suppose to trust them to work on my car hmmm probably not,god awful experience I would never go back or recommend this place😡😡 More
