What I would like is my windshield replaced as it has hundreds of tiny chips along with two pretty good sized chips. But I already know that won’t happen as I was told it was not life threatening so they won’t have to pay for the new windshield how awesome is that after spending 20,000 lol. I even asked them to at least patch it for me until I can afford a new one and that was less then 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle but of course they denied that too. At first Pete said that he would talk to the window people then later on said his manager said it’s wasn’t life threatening lol. Not to mention the giant AC leak that was leaking into the passenger side floor boards (didn’t notice this until I got home because Pete wouldn’t let us drive on the main roads so we could only do a quick run around the lots which did not give the ac enough time to run, that’s probably exactly why he didn’t want us on the road.) and Pete had the audacity to say it was because “they left the door open slightly while taking it through the car wash” this is a 2017 Kia Optima we are talking about here. The freaking alarms go off on you telling you that a door is open come on now. (My father had to fix this because they were taking to long to get me in to see it and did not seem like they cared. And honestly I didn’t trust them doing it correctly anyways) BUT THEY DIDNT EVEN WASH IT LOL. And the leaking incident came to my attention after binging the car home. Should’ve realized something was up when Pete stated we couldn’t drive it on the main roads! The car was dirty when I received it even the inside as well. The person who was driving it before me was an employee there and was using it for a demo car lol. You could tell he has no regards of keeping it nice and clean for his customers. He was disgusting the steering wheel had food caked inside the buttons like he was constantly eating and driving. They didn’t Even clean that out. that’s the first red flag I missed. My boyfriend and I Spent three hours detailing it. I was promised it would get cleaned but never was. Again this is my first time buying a vehicle so I Took their word a little to seriously. I know I should’ve said something. But again I didn’t realize all of this until they were sending me out the door by then it was too late for they were closing. Pete also tried to say that no one new the ac was leaking when the carpet on the floor where it was leaking is now discolored for how long it had been leaking. PLEASE TAKE A VERY LONG GOOD LOOK AT ANY VEHICLE AT FORT WAYNE KIA. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO HIDE ANY ISSUES AND WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT THEM AND WILL REFUSE TO FIX IT. If I would’ve seen this xxxx before I bought this car I would’ve never bought it. They did a very good job a hiding all the issues and unfortunately I didn’t look that close Because Pete lied and acted like there wasn’t a single issue and I know I’m to blame for it but He was so believable. I know Some things are on me for not paying close attention. But like seriously though is this how you guys always treat your customers? I should not be scared to buy a car because of the person selling it could be lying to me. Now I’m scared to take it in to get worked on cause who knows if they are doing it the way they are saying they will. Makes my anxiety go through the roof just thinking about it. I hope this gets across someone who actually cares about the costumers. Though I highly doubt this will make an impact on anything.
