3 years ago, I was in the market for a vehicle. I knew I wanted a used vehicle and went a Kia Certified Used Kia Soul. It has been a great vehicle, until it had a connecting rod bearing fail. Mike was very determined to help us find the right car. He went way out of the way to help us. He kept following up with us before we actually purchased the car, but most importantly, he called back to mak He went way out of the way to help us. Mike was persistent, but was not pushy. He was truly interested in helping us with our purchase. Sales manager Brice was very helpful when Mike was not available. Great team work. Mike made himself available and even followed up with us when he was not working. One day he came in right away to help us find a car when he was off duty and experiencing some back pain.
