This dealership is unethical and everything that the negative stereotype portrays. They do not care about service or the customer, but only making sales. You have to go in and get in their face to even get such an appointment and then they will do additional service work and nickel and dime you to death with exorbitant costs for these items that you never wanted in the 1st place. I’m impressed with Kia backing up their warranty without trouble. They did, however, leave a $100 service on my bill I told them I did not want.
