Went in for two recalls, an oil change, and check up. Was handed my papers with no explanation of my charges. Paid 90 bucks for an oil change. Not sure what else they had to replace. They recommended a tire alignment on the paperwork but did not offer to let me get it done while I had my car there already. They offered it to the guy before me. I guess they didn't need my money. Thanks Kia. I will figure it out myself. More

Buying a new car is not what it used to be right now with prices up and inventory of new and used own, but we needed a car and were fortunate to find a new Kia Forte on the lot with features we were interest prices up and inventory of new and used own, but we needed a car and were fortunate to find a new Kia Forte on the lot with features we were interested in. Jerome, our salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, low-key and no pressure, which is just what we like. Knowing cars are going quickly I did a test drive early afternoon and Kia was willing to hold the car (with a $1000 check) until my husband could see it at the end of the workday. We are very happy with the car. Traded in an '04 so all the new safety and other features are great. This is our third Kia purchase as they have good value for the investment. More
