Took 2 different phone calls to get car in ASAP due to the fact engine light came on.. got it in and was told that I might get charge for the diagnostic fee. At the end I was not but now again my engine l the fact engine light came on.. got it in and was told that I might get charge for the diagnostic fee. At the end I was not but now again my engine light is back on only around a month ago I was in for the light... this is a pain had it checked for free and it has something to do with the problem of the air filter or hose... very unhappy about this I believe it is a similar problem... The leasing experience on site was great. It took 6 weeks and several phone calls before KIA Financial knew I existed. Wasn't ready for arrival after doing online paperwork. Very slow moving office. Added ziebart add on to find out dealership didn't do it all and now trying to get ziebart to finish it is a headache.
