Came in for service on my Forte, Nick came in the waiting asking what brought me in and I had about 3 hours till my vehicle was ready so I gave it a chance and test drove the Sportage. Salesperson was superb. Sales management and finance persons less so! Finance person Jay Verabbi did not explain the purchase agreement to me! By this I mean that there was a charge on the purchase agre persons less so! Finance person Jay Verabbi did not explain the purchase agreement to me! By this I mean that there was a charge on the purchase agreement for theft etch which I would not have accepted at $349 if given the option to reject! I do not recall the finance guy even saying anything about that charge! Felt it was close to fraudulent. More
