I took my new car in for body buffing to fix damage caused by snow removal at the dealership. It was supposed to take 2 hours maximum. I was there from 9:00-3:00 waiting. When my salesman arrived for t caused by snow removal at the dealership. It was supposed to take 2 hours maximum. I was there from 9:00-3:00 waiting. When my salesman arrived for the day at 12:00, the bodyshop had never started on my car because no one from the dealership told them I was waiting rather than having dropped off the car. My salesman was great, but I have not been impressed with the rest of the operation. More
