Damien our sales guy was great, really helped us out and got us into the car we wanted. All was great up until….. now we’re almost 4 months in and haven’t received our tags yet. They keep wanting to renew the temporary ones!with no answers as to why we have gotten our hard tags. Upon calling the auto registration office I find out the paperwork hasn’t even been started yet. I will be filing a complaint with TxDMV to have an investigation started. More

Received a call from Jarrett Dean, one of their sales associate who is trying to convince me to come in based off a pre-approval from Capital One. After I try to explain to him that I wanted to inquire m associate who is trying to convince me to come in based off a pre-approval from Capital One. After I try to explain to him that I wanted to inquire more about my rate to know exactly how it's coming in he was very condescending and then just came out right argumentative. After I tried to help him understand that I work for a bank so I not only know the buying process, but furthermore my own personal preference as it relates to how I buy, he then became insulting because of my reluctancy to come to the dealership when he wanted. He even went as far as to let me know well at least he has good credit, keep in mind he has no idea what my credit is. Stay away from this dealership if they are hiring sales reps like this guy I can only imagine what else is going on there. I wish I could give it less than one star but I can't before of calls from this number 8173126978. Horrible customer service, and I mean horrible. More
