Mitsubishi was great, at first I didn't think I would get a car because I cosign for my youngest daughter a car some years ago and it got repo and was put on my credit. The Service Was terrible. I was lied to daily about repairs. I was told all parts were ready for repairs. brought my car in to have my stolen catalytic converter replaced. the service department did a good job on that. then I was sold a catalytic converter “shield” that was not exactly an authorized Mitsubis replaced. the service department did a good job on that. then I was sold a catalytic converter “shield” that was not exactly an authorized Mitsubishi part. It was a makeshift part, And it was a sloppy job… and most likely not what I would expect from the Mitsubishi corporation. It was the previous service director and his previous shop mechanic who did this to me. I have a very nice Outlander Sport… and after what they did to my car was not correct. I was took… the car sounded like a tank going down the road… and at a red light with my foot on the brake… More
