I wish there was an option for negative stars after dealing with what we have been through for 2 months now. This dealership, as well as one of the sales associates Josabeth, are now under investigatio dealing with what we have been through for 2 months now. This dealership, as well as one of the sales associates Josabeth, are now under investigation by TX DMV, as well as a few of the banks and companies they do business with after they committed fraud on a bank contract and asked me to lie about it. Then when the bank unwound the deal because of the fraud, and I brought the car back, Larry and Charles tried their best to get me to sign a voluntary repossession letter, and then threatened to sue me. I would check out any other dealer in the metroplex before buying a new or used car here. And Dealer Rater needs to reconsider this award. They aren’t deserving of it. More

Manager lady I service department was terrible. Zero sense of customer service. Waited 1.5 hours longer than quote.
