The tire rotation part of my service consisted of only wiping down my tires with armor all. Withing seconds of getting my car back, I could easily tell that the tire rotation was not performed. For the cost of my service, I expected the work to be performed RIGHT the first time, NOT after I have to go back in and point out that it wasn't. And since no "defense" was offered that I was perhaps in error and the work WAS done, then I feel it safe to assume that this is typical of the quality of service that can always be expected. After all, how many people would be able to tell that their tires were or were not rotated? One has to wonder what other services are "short-cutted" this way. More
