I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rouge via online. My salesman was Abe. I asked him to point out every single imperfection on the vehicle so I could decide if it would be the right purchase, or if I needed To negotiate based on damage. He told me the car was very clean. He said there were only two nicks on the car and sent me a picture of them. He completely made me believe that these were the only 2 things wrong. He told me the car was super clean and would be a great vehicle. When he delivered the car yesterday, I noticed a bad mark on the hood that they had put a clear film over. Someone had poorly tried to touch up paint on it, which was not even the correct paint and it was then covered with their $1300 clear coat protective thing they try to charge on top of everything. When I drove the car the next day to work, I noticed major imperfections. There is a big scrape on the right front end and multiple scrapes with paint off on the both sides of the front end. There is a nick out of the leather on the inside center console/armrest. There is a hole in the material on the back passenger seat. I sent a message to Abe to let him know that I was not happy and what I had found. He did not have the courage to call me and had a "manager" named David call me. David completely over talked me and tried to come up with excuses, including telling me the nick on top of the hood probably happened when Abe was driving it to where I live. I told him no that they had touched it up with what looks like somebody put some paint on their finger and dabbed it on a hole on the hood and then it was underneath that $1300 protective thing they add to the vehicle to charge more money. He kept over talking me and telling me that there's a risk involved when purchasing a used car and not all used cars are perfect, etc. He would not let me speak. I explained to him that I knew he was going to say something like this. He did not offer any resolve. He did ask for me to forward the pictures for review. I have asked for the owner's name to make a complaint. This vehicle needs to be fixed because I was sold this vehicle under faulse information. More
Fort Worth Nissan was the closest dealer with the vehicle I was trying to purchase. Danny Vasquez made it very difficult to purchase a vehicle. I tried to everything online to save myself time since I would I was trying to purchase. Danny Vasquez made it very difficult to purchase a vehicle. I tried to everything online to save myself time since I would be driving from a different city. I was told that I would need to go in store to start the process so I could talk to a manager. Why do we need salespeople if I have to talk to the manager to buy a car? More

Called on a used vehicle July 3/24 and asked the salesman if they could do the car I was looking at for $19,200 out the door and they replied, if I can get you that price can you come in today. I told them i if they could do the car I was looking at for $19,200 out the door and they replied, if I can get you that price can you come in today. I told them it was for my son and that he could come look, but it wasn’t until today July 4th 9:30 am . I received a call this morning saying the salesman was there and would be waiting, My son shows up 30 minutes later and they tell him the vehicle is sold already and show him another for over $3,000 more after I clearly told them $19,200 was it. After getting mad they came back and said that the car was actually not sold and that it was another vehicle. So I said ok let’s do this one. They come back with the paperwork and a total of $20,100 after I clearly said no more than $19,200 verbally and in my email before my son arrived. To me that is a little deceiving, intended or not. All this I did by phone and text with a pre-approval letter from my bank, I had no paperwork to fill out since the buyers sheet would go to the bank after the holiday on Friday and my son still spent over 3 and a half hours setting their in what should have been an hour tops. After I decided to go ahead a pay more than what I had already told them the top dollar was, they finally sent him on his way with the car, but with one key fob? I understand people trade vehicles in with one sometimes, but when you pay full price and the vehicle is certified they should provide another key fob and program it for as little as it would cost, That would have been true customer service and of little cost if any to the dealership. Seems like they only care about the dollar, when anyone knows they make their best money on used vehicles. Just disappointed. Gary purchased 7/4/24 More
EPITOME OF CUSTOMER SERVICE from manager Mark Haberfield. I had a payment situation with a payment. I called NMAC, then called tg ed dealership, then called NMAC again. Mark said Rebecca advised him of my issue; he called me to advise me he was sorry I had this issue, that the car I just leased was my 5th one. Mark assured me he was concerned and he would handle it. He called again yesterday, (only the second call from him, I didn't have to make another call) and advised me he had not forgotten about me that he is still committed to resolving my concern. The next communication I received was an email that I needed to confirm my address, the issue was resolved!!!! I have been a customer relations manager, worked in Collections for a major car/truck financier, and Mark's actions are above board, and again EXCEPTIONAL. He is to be commended for his proactive results oriented resolution. More
Buying is great and service is superb! Once I arrived at FW Nissan, she was very thorough, let me know about how long it was going to take, kept me updated on the progress, and had my freshly washed Rogue with a new 7 year battery ready to go as quickly as possible. I’ve had all great service reps here and I appreciate their knowledge and their customer service. Jade provided premium service, really excellent. More
I have to say I was a little disappointed in my overall experience. I came in to purchase my deceased husband's lease. Jose was very nice but I felt a little pushed into my decision on the warranty. A supe experience. I came in to purchase my deceased husband's lease. Jose was very nice but I felt a little pushed into my decision on the warranty. A supervisor came in and offered me one price then Becca in finance offered another. A little confusing. I was given a loaner so an inspection could be performed and two new tires could be installed..I arrived back at the dealership to finish my purchase and was given an envelope with a piece of paper that doesn't even resemble a final receipt. I had to ask for the warranty brochures.I really felt my business was not appreciated. A common courtesy would have been to have the car I just purchased as a certified pre-owned vacuumed and cleaned inside and out waiting for me just like I would have bought it off the lot. More
