I apologize that we failed to meet your needs. Not to use it as an excuse, because I'm tired of hearing it myself, but inventory and vehicles are very difficult to purchase right now. That goes without saying you have a budget and we were not able to meet that goal and for that I apologize. Our goal is always to earn your business that is the way we stay in business. Even having over 100 used vehicles in stock, sometime we still don't have the right one, but our inventory changes all the time so we do try to find that next special vehicle for you before you find it somewhere else, but this time it wasn't soon enough so for that I'm sorry and hope you give us a shot next time you're in the market or someone in your family is in the market.
