Poor customer service. I took my Malibu in on Thursday for shocks, oil change, and tire rotation. Had to leave it, we had to call several times to get service consultant who finally said we needed new sway bar and parts had to be ordered and would be done on Monday. We called several times to Jason service consultant who was never available and never called us back to give status. After going to service department manager and him telling us part would not be in until Wednesday and car complete on Thursday and giving us info on where to rent car, Jason, the service consultant called and said car would be ready tomorrow (Tuesday). On Tuesday Again we called at 3:30 to see if we were on schedule no answer or call back then at 5:00 called Jason would not take phone call but another person said we could pick car up. WAS THE ENTIRE JOB DONE? Did they get the parts in? I can understand about delays in parts but what about keeping us informed as to what is happening. After being quoted $1800 then paying $2083.00 I pray all the parts are ok. After years of working and buying vehicles from Medved we won’t be doing business with Foundation. More
The service department was great! But the finance department was not so good. I bought a new truck and the salesman was so nice he was great! But the finance person we felt was rude and he rushed us through everything and all the paperwork, I have no idea what I was signing and he sold me extended warranty I never even saw, he just had a paper with a bunch of boxes checked on and told me to sign it, that was over a week ago and I have not seen any paperwork or anything I signed yet! Where is my paperwork. I think his name Jeremy, he had black hair and big bushy beard. More

I TOOK MY 2018 SUBURBAN IN FOR ELECTRICAL ISSUES. THEY SAID THEY WERE ABOUT 1 WEEK OUT BUT I COULD DROP IT OFF TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIT IT IN. I DROPPED IT OFF ON THURSDAY FEB. 24. I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND SUPPLIED THE PAPERWORK. KATE TOLD ME THERE WOULD BE A $100.00 DEDUCTIBLE. I RECEIVED A TEXT ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON SAYING IT WAS READY. I WENT TO PICK IT UP AND KATE SAID IT WAS A LOOSE BATTERY CABLE. JOKINGLY I ASKED IF SHE WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $100.00 TO TIGHEN UP A BATTERY CABLE AND SHE SAID IT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN THAT. SHE HANDED ME A BILL FOR $365.00 AND I SAID YOU MUST BE KIDDING. SHE SAID SHE COULD WORK WITH ME ON THE TOTAL AND SHE KNOCKED IT DOWN TO $180.00. TO ME THIS WAS QUITE A RIP OFF. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER THERE FOR OVER 25 YEARS AND THIS IS THE WAY THEY SHOW APPRECIATION. I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL OR AN UPDATE TO INFORM ME OF THE PROBLEM OR THE COST. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS WHOLE SITUTATION. More
