Doug Greer is the BEST! He schedules your car for an appointment as soon as possible. He gets you in and out of the shop quickly. He answers your questions and is sooo knowledgeable about cars. Medved is lucky to have Doug representing them! I had an oil change and the battery in my key fob replaced. Also, asked Doug to evaluate my tires and advise me on the best all-weather replacement. He ordered Pirelli tires for me and will replace them this week. Can’t wait! Medved also has a great staff of technicians—very nice and professional, too. More
