The entire experience was fairly painless except for of course the waiting and waiting and waiting for the finance department; however we knew going in that this would be a all day process which it was! I personally do not understand why it has to take is beyond me but all day but it always does; Cina was always checking in with us and very helpful. The only disappointment we had was not getting a bug shield for the truck especially once we realized that the brand new truck had over 1000 miles on it; this was the only BIG DISAPPOINTMENT we had.
