When the vehicle didn't arrive in time for a week-long trip, he made sure to get us a loaner that met our needs (a brand new truck of similar type to the one that was being shipped). He listened to me that I didn't want to talk to any high pressure "sales managers or finance guys", and was able to get us the deal that I asked for. He did a ton of scheduling work after our truck came in to arrange for accessories to be added. We sincerely appreciate Dominic's kindness, calmness, and courtesy in this stressful process! More
