Buying a new Equinox I searched the Internet for the new Equinox that had all the features that I wanted. I found one that was just perfect except it was clear across Denver in the city of Wheat Ridge, some 25 miles away from our home in Aurora. I emailed the dealership about their vehicle and got a reply right away. The quoted price was extremely good so I made an appointment to meet Kyle Johnson the next morning. My wife and I showed up at the dealership and Kyle was there to greet us and had the Equinox ready for a test drive. It took just a short drive to convenience me that this was the right car for me. We sat down and came up with a deal that was even better than I expected. Kyle's Manager and the Finance Manager helped arrange the down payment and financing details that fit my situation. It was a good team effort to get us what we wanted. We were on our way home in around 3 hours with our new SUV. This was our first time dealing with Medved and we were satisfied. The only negative we ran into was our low trade-in price. "Car Fax" showed some "mileage" irregularities. I think this was not valid and was caused by the State Emissions Testing center recording a false mileage number after one of their tests. But, I was very pleased with everything else and I wasn't going to let this mess up the whole buying experience. More

What a breath of fresh air she was. I have been to O'Mara Ford and a few years back Rockies. Those experiences left me felling bad about the car buying and I dreaded going back to any dealer. This was the second time I have been to Medved over the years. both times I felt I was given the best deal available to me. We were not pressured. she was very polite, pleasant and professional. Next, I all ways hate doing the finance dance. We were escorted and greeted by William the finance person. Sorry, but I do not remember his last name. Again what a breath of fresh air. Polite, friendly and professional. All in all in have a new truck. Feel I was given a great deal. and a good price on my trade in. Can't ask for much more. More

When I told him I couldn't buy the car that day, that I would have to return on the weekend with my husband, he followed up with a phone call a couple of days later, but again, was never pushy. Mark was able to locate the exact car I wanted at their Castle Rock location and he had it clean and ready for me when I returned to purchase it at the Wheat Ridge location. The entire experience was easy from start to finish and I believe that they gave me a very good price. Mark was an excellent salesman, and he is a genuinely kind person. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him if you are looking to purchase a new Chevy! More
