Buying experience We went in to buy a Tahoe and went away with both a Tahoe and a corvette! Very helpful and seemed to be in it for me not just to get his commission. They only issue I had was when I talked to the finance officer. He came off rude and slightly demeaning. I’m a car guy and know quite a bit and he basically tried to feed me a line about the alternator being 500-700 dollars in an attempt to get me to buy a extended warranty plan. I don’t really think that professional on his part due to people who may not know any better and basically get scared into something. But other than that the experience was great. Will definitely be back in the future. More

After going to a different Chevy dealership and dealing with a a stereotypical Salesman that pressured us to buy as soon as the test drive ended, on a After going to a different Chevy dealership and dealing with a a stereotypical Salesman that pressured us to buy as soon as the test drive ended, on a vehicle that didn't have the features we were looking for, meeting with Ray Schaeffer at Medved was a breath of fresh air! Ray took the time to get to know us and what we actually were looking for and showed us several different vehicles around the lot. After none seemed to be our perfect fit, instead of trying to convince us to change our preferences he walked us through the options of getting an off-lot vehicle, and found the right model for us across town. He drove across town to grab it for us while we dealt with the rest of the process, and were able to leave with what we wanted within the same day.
