I had a few issues with my car when going in for service. I had to pick up my car from the side lot as it was after hours. My technician said everything was fixed…. It was not which is disappointing since I I had to pick up my car from the side lot as it was after hours. My technician said everything was fixed…. It was not which is disappointing since I live two hours away and it’s a full day commitment to come down. I messaged the technician the day after telling him it wasn’t fixed and never heard back from him. I was grateful to be able to pick my car up after hours which is why I gave a 3 rating instead of lower and I was offered a ride to the airport by one of the courtesy vehicles, which also was fantastic! More
I have an 2018 X-T 5 where the GPS had a problem with setting to fix.upon taking ownership.?Taking the tutorship offered by the company’s employee,, he had to verify the problem to document before servin setting to fix.upon taking ownership.?Taking the tutorship offered by the company’s employee,, he had to verify the problem to document before servings approved. Now the car new was returned for service after unsuccessful attempts until my car GPS was approved for replacement !!After being in the services department for close to a month, and with a free rental car, calls were made by me as to the status and NEVER returned. In addition I RECEIVED A CALL from the service representative ASKING WHY I HAD NOT RETURNED THE LOANER WHEN AFTER MY UNANSWERED CALLS, After the service representative verified MY HONESTY THAT THEY—HAD MY CAR—i was told to wait for a call when done???? Finally done but what a terrible experience!! Never buy a car there again—and have told numerous others !!! More
I appreciate being able to get an oil change on a Saturday because I use this vehicle for work Monday - Friday. However, after picking up the van Saturday morning, I had to then cancel my afternoon p Saturday because I use this vehicle for work Monday - Friday. However, after picking up the van Saturday morning, I had to then cancel my afternoon plans to take the van back because there was a puddle of oil in my driveway under the vehicle. Apparently the tech spilt oil and did not clean up under my engine bay. But there was a lot of oil so I think the filter was not tight. Anyway, it was a major inconvenience and I’m pretty dissatisfied with the service! More
