Great experience Patterson was the only dealership in Texas that had the make and model car with all the options in the color I was looking for at a great price. We drove two hours from Plano, Tx on a Friday night to the dealership, during the drive the staff worked with us on the phone and email to get all of the paperwork done before we arrived. When we arrived the the car was detailed with a full tank of gas. Two hours later I was driving my new car home. I want to thank the staff at Patterson for making this the best and fastest in and out car buying experience I’ve had. The staff went above and beyond to include staying open three hours past their closing to finish the deal. I would recommend Patterson to anyone looking for great service and an excellent experience. Started great, Ended frustrated My wife and I show up and already know what we want and how wanted the Jeep. After a successful test drive we went in for negotiations. After some minor back and forth we made a deal on trade and price. This took maybe 30 minutes. After about a 20 minute wait for finance we got right in and signed away. Now here is where I got irritated. We sat for 90 more minutes waiting for it to be cleaned. My recommendation would be for the salesman or manager to say "Sir it's going to be awhile before your vehicle is done, would you like to go grab some dinner and come back." Instead we sat in some hard chairs for what felt like forever with Shop personnel coming by saying you're still here. Overall it was a good experience but I mentioned a few times that I was pretty hungry and need to eat. More
