Bad experience Researched my trucks value, also the New truck that I wanted. Sales manager kelp beating down my trade in for every excuse in the sales 101 book. Continued to upsale me on the back end of the deal. Left totally exhausted and did not trade then. Drove 1.5 hours home. Texted the salesman with new figures and sale manager agreed. Drive back waited several hours and back to finance. The guy tried to upsale me Again! Arguing that my new truck had air suspension, it does not. Anyway left with new truck and happy with the Ram products but Not with this staff$ More

We submitted the credit app, everything looked good. I live 150 miles from Wichita Falls, and it was a Friday (April 12th). I told Chris I didn't want to make the run if we couldn't put a deal together on the terms I had. He said his manager or finance guy said it was good to go, but they wanted to run it by one more finance option in the morning. They were so confident the manger offered to cover our travel at $200 if they couldn't get the deal done. So good so far. We leave out next morning, the truck is ready soon as we arrive. Good test drive, looks good, just as described. The appraisal was crap, but of course you have to start somewhere, but it was half what other dealers had. Long story short, manager said he thought mine was a diesel rig, even after I sent them all the info. They couldn't make the deal, and said the $200 would be sent to my address the next week, something about having to get the check cut. I shouldn't have left without it. Been 3 weeks now, got texts from Chris saying they sent it, pretty sure I'm just getting played. Not a nice way to treat a disabled vet. 1May2019- Got promise from GSM to correct situation, and he had a check sent overnight. It arrived for half of what he promised. More

Finally after months of looking at vehicles I reached out to Patterson, and had no problem making the 3-hr drive from Forney to Wichita Falls. The purchase was smooth and no high pressure tactics. The truck had all the features I was wanting, finally a dealer that knows how you should equipment a 2500, we purchase them to tow with and we want those features. I am more than pleased with my purchase and I appriecate Michael going that extra mile. I may not be back for normal maintainence but when i am ready to shop again I will be looking these guys back up. More
