Took my Ram 2022 1500 in for service booked online at $95.00 for oil change and rotation. When they were finished, the bill was $198.00. I asked for an explanation as i booked online with pricing. OK, how did you receive my information, and were ready with my info when i arrived. When i questioned the pricing, service said we offered you a 3 oil change deal for $205.00. Poor customer service at best. Gave me a discount, so $170.00 for an oil change and rotation. I was appalled to say the least. I will never be back with either of my vehicles. I will drive to Vernon or Henrietta before i ever go back. Please inform your customers of pricing before offering them the 3 oil change deal. I would have taken that instead a $198.00 oil change and rotation. More
