If I had known that 17 words of honest opinion on how my service experience was doesn’t satisfy your interest in truly how my experience was , I would have deleted the email request for survey without a second thought . Too bad whoever designed this survey doesn’t have the same respect fir the customer as the service people I worked with at the dealership . Some people can say all they want to say in a few words instead of many. Surely this contains enough words to satisfy the knucklehead who designed this survey. Went in to see Dwayne Jackson about a couple of trucks I had seen online. They had just been sold so he asked we what I was wanting in a truck.
