I received a call from Nick on Wednesday letting me know they had a Telluride for me to test drive. We setup an appointment for Thursday at 1:00. I received an email confirming the appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to only be told he sold the car the previous afternoon. The service manager said the other Tellurides they had were not ready for test driving. Nick stated he was too busy to let me know they no longer had the vehicle for me to test drive at my scheduled appt time. Very poor customer service and consideration. More

Bought a new 2021 Kia seltos from Medved kia, did everything over the internet or phone except the pick up. George did a great job of taking care of everything prior to my arrival .When I arrived at the dealers George was there to greet us and had the car ready to go. He spent a great deal of time showing me all of the details of the operation of the Kia. George even took the time to set up the nav system so that I could find my way across Denver metro to meet my wife. I'm 80 years old so one can appreciate how long it took him to explain how to use that system. I made it , much to my surprise and I do so appreciate his talent and kindness.
