service advisor Josh V I cannot be more pleased with the service I received. We drove out of our way to use this service shop and will continue to do so. My car had an issue I cannot be more pleased with the service I received. We drove out of our way to use this service shop and will continue to do so. My car had an issue and we had it in another dealership but it wasn't explained to us and we seemed to be inconveniencing them. Not here my concerns were addressed and explained. Fast, efficient My service needs were taken care of quickly (within 40 minutes of getting there) and they even double checked my tire pressures due to the light being My service needs were taken care of quickly (within 40 minutes of getting there) and they even double checked my tire pressures due to the light being on. The service desk person even let me know what pressures the sensor looks for so that I would know what to inflate them to in the future in case the problem cropped up again. Overall, I can say that this was among the best service experiences I've had in years. More
