Nathan was attentive and was very honest about the service included. He did not try upselling or anything. Straight to the point, and at a very affordable price. service included. He did not try upselling or anything. Straight to the point, and at a very affordable price. More
I was very upset that the manager never shared the breakdown of what was being financed. We were suppose to go over the breakdown of all costs and he did not. When it was time to share those #’s he i breakdown of what was being financed. We were suppose to go over the breakdown of all costs and he did not. When it was time to share those #’s he instead sent someone to grab check from me and I was not comfortable with that. I only saw the breakdown after the. Heck was handed over and I got home. I was infuriated that he promised to include all warranties with the msrp price. He added them on top of the full retail. I will never recommend fountain. Harry and Catherine are very I professional and I was scammed. This was for fountain Acura More

The Acura department. One or the Finance manager will give you the go around and its unfriendly; zero customer service and lie to you. The other employees that works in there go to him with your inquiry give you the go around and its unfriendly; zero customer service and lie to you. The other employees that works in there go to him with your inquiry and he tell them to tell you he its off to come back next day ; the first time you don't know its him the one you need for to take care of your inquiry. Next day you go back and thats when you know he was not off the first day because you saw him. For nothing still because he again will send another employee to tell you any other go around story. All this with him been around 65 feet away from you inside an small all glass wall office. Stay away from this dealer. More
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I took my new (to me) 2015 Chevy 2500HD into this service department for a prepurchase inspection in March. This is supposed to be their best inspection and cost me $125. I received 2500HD into this service department for a prepurchase inspection in March. This is supposed to be their best inspection and cost me $125. I received back a hand written mess that the service writer had to put notes on so it could be read. they said brakes and rotors needed to be replaced (no measurements), AC not working but that is not included in the check so they don't know why (understandable), batteries both bad, and a few other small things. None of this was pressing, so I bought the truck. 6 weeks ago, I went to have the AC repaired (check valve replaced) and my mechanic (who owns a reputable shop here in St. Augustine) found that the water pump was shot, the serpentine and accessories belt were damaged (one had a cut in it) and the upper control arms had no bushings in them at all. Since the inspection I had driven it 2000 miles. Water pump was making the same noise that stopped when it was replaced when I bought it, No possible way the bushings went from fine to gone in 2000 miles, belts don't cut themselves and noone had been under the hood before the mechanic, the serpentine belt was showing major signs of age that did not just spring up in 6 months. It is obvious that their technician did a half xxx job and didn't even look at these things. My mechanic found the play in the suspension as soon as it went on the lift, so I doubt they even put it up (or they are completely incompetent. To top it off, the first guy I talked to was snarky on the phone with me and told me he would look into it and call me back a week ago, never called me back. Today, they wouldn't even refund my $125 as if they couldn't afford to stand behind their work. DON"T TRUST THESE GUYS "big enough to service you, but small enough to care" is a xxxx lie. They stole my money, I could have gotten a better inspection from anybody else! More
People at this deal are thieves. One price over the phone, double price at the cashier. Nobody meets you at the door, prices are 40 percent higher than anywhere else. phone, double price at the cashier. Nobody meets you at the door, prices are 40 percent higher than anywhere else. More
Typical xxxx of the earth human beings. After signing a contract for the vehicle I wanted to purchase I received a call 2 days later because of a circle they made on the contract highlighting the price. a contract for the vehicle I wanted to purchase I received a call 2 days later because of a circle they made on the contract highlighting the price. after being absolutely fed up with the entire process lied to manipulated and forced into purchasing an extended warranty on the vehicle “if i want to make a deal” I finally accepted my refund and parted ways. I later found the vehicle reposted for a higher price on there website. I have proof and footage of all of the incidents that occurred. More

Agent said that by submitting an online credit application was considered a deposit because they don't accept cash deposits on used cars, even though I asked if I could pay a $3,000 deposit. After I submitted my application to the dealership and was approved, sales manager called me to increase price by $400. I refused because we already agreed upon a price and I was asked to come in ASAP instead of scheduled appointment of next morning. I live 2 hours south of the dealership and would need to leave work early to get there before they close at 7pm. Agent called & text me back to say she had to leave early and that its fine to pick up car the next morning. I received at text at 8:15pm that night from agent saying don't bother coming in, they sold it to someone else. Wouldn't be a big deal except, they dinged my and my daughters credit. Scammers! Buyer beware of this place, don't trust them. More
