My service was done in the time respected and communication was okay. The estimate for other service es was NOT. $105 for wiper blade replacement and $60 for a cabin filter? Overall estimate was communication was okay. The estimate for other service es was NOT. $105 for wiper blade replacement and $60 for a cabin filter? Overall estimate was over $1400 which is about 40% higher than it should be. More

I took my car in Friday, March 8 for a software recall on my Rogue. I was greeted by Cash when I pulled in the drive. He is always friendly and helpful! James had not yet arrived, but I was checked in and gi my Rogue. I was greeted by Cash when I pulled in the drive. He is always friendly and helpful! James had not yet arrived, but I was checked in and given an estimated time of completion and I wanted for my car. James came by and checked in with me and greeted me. I received an email on status and additional service options for my car. Shortly after this James came to let me know my care was ready to go. The repair took under 2 hours and I was on my way home. I am always pleased with the customer service, service and communication of the dealership! More
