Did not proved a car health check report after I asked before and after the service. Requested an email as well and never received one. Disappointed that my car was completed same day (Friday) yet nobody attempted to reach out so I can pick up my car (my main vehicle used). I had to call numerous times and leave numerous messages for someon yet nobody attempted to reach out so I can pick up my car (my main vehicle used). I had to call numerous times and leave numerous messages for someone to eventually call back 15 min prior to close on Saturday for pick up when it was sitting ready for 24 hours. To clarify, my overall issue is with a rep in the service department who failed to reach out when my vehicle was ready. The rep manager Blake has delivered exceptional service but is guilty by association due to the review form mandating you to choose a rep. The guilty party is not listed. More
