I had a problem after having an oil replacement tire rotation in additional fluids replaced requiring a tow back to the dealership. I used the roadside assistance. that comes with the oil change. They had my car back to me and fixed the next business day. I even used their free shuttle to get back to the dealership to retrieve my car. I have to stay out of all the dealerships that I used across the United States, this one has been the best for all that they offer and their service. Zak had a smile on his face when he served me, the master mechanic looked at my car, and the service manager is the one that test drove it afterwards. And there was no charge! That was the best part. Since my previous Service Advisor was moved up to another area, Brandon has been taken good care of my Nissan Rogue. He listens, he is patient, knows that I like a job well done and that I inspect my car bef area, Brandon has been taken good care of my Nissan Rogue. But a note to the Service Department Management, please talk to the mechanics in the back and tell them that they really need to make sure to DO all the inspections points (as printed out on the invoice) before pulling the car up when "ready", so I don't have to send my car back or ask Brandon to help me with something that the mechanic suppose to do before parking my car in the front. Other than that, Brando Bristow is your guy if you need to bring your car for service. More
