Outstanding Buying Experience, fantastic Team. Obviously Brett Organ is the only reason why I would even think about walking into Century Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased for Brett and each experience has surprisingly been better the that last. Jory was unexpected pleasant surprise along with the rest of the of the crew that helped with me acquiring my vehicle. Jory and Brett make a fantastic team when purchasing a vehicle. From the test drive to walking out the door with the keys, they made the purchase not feel pressured and I was very relaxed. Jory was not available for the completion of the sale but he sure made his presence felt through the excellent team work of Brett. Even though the finance of the car was through an outside vender, Khalid was well informative and quick to complete the paperwork in a timely matter. Thank you, Khalid for the little personal touch you gave for taking care of all the paperwork. Stephanie was fantastic with going through the accessories that I could have purchase and make me feel pressured in purchasing anything else for the car. Winter also did a fantastic job with getting me familiarized with the new features of the Impala. I know that she has gone through this routine a thousand times and has probably been asked more dumb question then I could count, but that you for making it a pleasant experience and answering my question like it was the first time you have been asked. Poor service The service was not what I expected. The engine check light had come on and when the error code was check it was stated that I needed to replace code The service was not what I expected. The engine check light had come on and when the error code was check it was stated that I needed to replace code P0014 Exhaust Cam Solenoid. This solenoid was replace by a shop that I have used for many years and I trust their judgement on the work that needed to be done. They have replaced both of the Variable Value Timing Solenoid Exhaust and the intake solenoid. They have also stated that this error code can be caused by the Balance Shaft Chain. At this time I am ready to get rid of the vehicle and get something that is not even a GM vehicle. More
