I went into the waiting room comfortable couch and refreshments awaited. within one hour Ms. Love again advised me my vehicle was completed.. paid my bill and home I went. More
Felling very dissatisfied First off I want to say thank you to Chris my salesman awesome guy. But that is where it stops. I went to the dealership to purchase a corvette a very expensive corvette. Once I found the car and wentertainment through a couple hours of them trying to make price work we finally agreed on a corvette. I was called and told that the deal was completely done and to come down and pick up the car. When I got to the dealership we went into finance and I asked Josh about hoe long this would take.he said 40 min. No big deal it was about 6 and had our friends there waiting for dinner. So when we sat down I could tell right off the bat that Josh was very inexperienced but no big deal all the paper was supposedly done. Well when we got into the paperwork Josh kept leaving the office to ask his boss questions by now time was getting away from us. My wife was dealing with a massive migraine which made things carry on longer than needed. When we got to the sheet with additional options Josh showed me a service option which included tire coverage enviro care,dent protection which is funny because a corvette is fiber glass, and a few other items. At the bottom of this paper was a cost with my payment which showed a difference between 175 to 250 more a month. I let him know we could not afford this and this is where he became very pushy and kept dropping the price for the coverage. I could not believe it some people actually just say yes and pay this price but when I was not wanting to pay he kept dropping the price telling me how Chevy manufacturer warranty is not good enough and they are shady and will try to not cover things if they can help it. This seemed crazy that this is the product they sell and he was bashing them. I still said no to coverage. Thanks we got to to gap coverage my wife let him know we already had gap so we were going decline additional gap. Once we said this his walked out than came back with Khaled his boss. Khaled started the whole spill over my wife's head was killing her she said again we already have gap he than began to tell us how horrible our gap coverage is and how we needed theirs. My wife had to leave room with a migraine that put her in tears and he completely ignored this. Thanks he turns the computer over and showed me my credit I tell him what does this have to do with gap he just keput saying he went to bat for us than it hits me for the deal to work they needed me to get the gap coverage. At this point I said no and wanted to finish paperwork tomorrow due to my wife's pain and the pushiness of the sale he through his hands up and said fine just print the papers. I than said I'm leaving and don't want the car. So 2 days later I get calls from 4 different people offering me items and free gap and other things. So I decided to take with them to see what we could come up with. After multiple calls and text messages Justin in finance text me and gave me a payment number and said if yes we have a deal. So the next day I talked to the salesman and I was told that the manager wanted no part of that deal and the beast he could do was 20 dollars a month less than original deal. So not only did I go through a bunch of bs but now that won't even keep there word on the deal they offered me. This whole experience was frustrating. I would say Chris was great but the whole process was a nightmare once it reached finance. I think a lot of changes to happen in that finance office to prevent this from happening again and again. One thing to take from this is beware of all the extras and remember don't take first option they will negotiate. I don't understand why not just give best deal upfront and keep customers happy. More

Walk in servivce - no problem! I have had problems with my brand new battery. Rather than to get stranded again - when it began to act up (after being 'fixed' by another mechanic), I have had problems with my brand new battery. Rather than to get stranded again - when it began to act up (after being 'fixed' by another mechanic), I drove directly to Century Chevrolet. I was immediately ushered into the garage, when protective gear was put in the cabin, before they knew what I was needed. When questioned, the service clerk said that was standard service. I so appreciate that my light colored interior would not be damaged, regardless of what the needs of the vehicle were! I explained to the service writer what had happened and was happening. I do not have car language, but she was able to interpret what I said and get the necessary repairs ordered without making me feel foolish. I was escorted to the waiting room, where I was able to read, study, watch tv, snack on the popcorn and drink the coffee that was waiting for customers. The repairs were made and I was on my way in relatively short order. I so appreciate being able to take my vehicle to a repair shop, knowing with confidence that my vehicle, and I are in good hands! More

The did a warranty oil change and put on summer tires. They didn't check tire pressure on the premounted tires, but other than that, no complaints. More

Great experiance, I strongly recommend Century Cevrolet My Sales person, Masoud "Max" Yazdanf, was great. He made the process so smoothly. He was very logical, nice and hard working.
