I used the dealer's on-line appointment scheduler to make an appointment convenient for me. I received a phone call to confirm within minutes. My appointment was the next day and I was able to drive right in the service bay on time. Tom was incredibly friendly and helpful checking me in, and even informed me there was a second recall on my vehicle that I was not yet aware of. My car was checked out for both issues and ready for pickup within an hour. All was covered by warranty so there was no chatge to me. Tom also answered my questions about suggested future and regular service for my Volt. I will definately be scheduling any future service with Century. More
