They tried to push other services on me that would have made my visit cost 300% more than what I was anticipating, so I declined. Cashier gave me a free car wash coupon, which was appreciated and used immediately after. Overall, I've had consistently good experiences at Century Chevy this year. More

Good service center. Not so sure about sales department I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, the online appointment system was easy and I got in on time. While I was there, I went to the sales side as I'm considering a truck purchase in the next 6 months. I spent 15 minutes roaming the showroom and then about 10 minutes outside. At no point did anyone introduce themselves to me, or inquire if I needed help. In fact, there was a table with 4 employees sitting eating in front of the main entrance and not a single one looked my direction. More
