They tried to push other services on me that would have made my visit cost 300% more than what I was anticipating, so I declined. Cashier gave me a free car wash coupon, which was appreciated and used immediately after. Overall, I've had consistently good experiences at Century Chevy this year. More

Didn't ever think I'd have a brand new car It was a weekend where I need it by a car , I have been turned down at three other dealerships before I went to Century Chevrolet . My 2007 Silverado needed a new transmission at only 59,000 miles. This is unheard of! My wife uses it to drive the kids to school, go to the grocery store and other errands when needed. We have the work truck edition with a tow package but do not tow but only a few times with our small popup camper. I maintain the truck and take pride in my vehicles. There is no reason the transmission should have failed with that low of miles. We are a Chevy family but am rethinking our next vehicle purchase by not purchasing a GM vehicle. We are $3000 in the hole and are very disappointed to say the least. More

Taken advantage of...... I bought a used Camaro with the understanding that if only they would put gills and a spoiler on it. After redoing the financing I was never told that I bought a used Camaro with the understanding that if only they would put gills and a spoiler on it. After redoing the financing I was never told that they where taking the spoiler and gills out of the deal, finally after getting the sales manager involved with our salesmen they agreed to go ahead and pay for the spoiler and gills cause that was the only way I'd buy the car, our salesman had to convince the sales manager that I'd never bought the car with out that in the deal. After they ordered the first spoiler and center punched my trunk lid they realized it was the wrong spoiler, then they reordered the spoiler and again it was the wrong one so finally they reordered it again and when it came in it wasn't the spoiler they had ordered but it was one of the ones that fit my car so now I finally have a spoiler that fits my car but it doesn't coverup where they had center punched my trunk lid so now they had to send my car to the body shop to fix where they had center punched my trunk lid and repainted it and installed my spoiler. All in all I'm satisfied with my car, our salesman was spot on in trying to do everything in his power to make everything right with me and honestly I don't think it would have gotten done as quick without him. Honestly I wouldn't buy another vehicle there but if you do decide to buy from there I wouldn't buy from any other salesman other than Sean O'Donnell. More
