Khalid, the finance person tried using super high pressure tactics to sell the GAP insurance and extended warranty options. I nearly walked out because of him. He won't take "NO" I'm not interested for an answer. Metreol was the best part of my visit there. Very friendly. More

I was pleasantly surprised on the Awesome customer service throughout the whole process. Starting with Alisha from the Internet department. She called me within a few hours after i entered my appointment and made sure all my concerns were covered for my upcoming appointment. She was friendly, kind, and was easy to talk to. Next, was the Service Consultant, John Hobart, He was outstanding. He listened to my concerns and my explanation of what was going on with my truck. He didn't act like he was looking down on me or that i didn't know my truck. I really appreciated that. He was friendly, and easy to work with. He kept me apprised on the status on the service. Other staff that i came in contact with were all friendly and helpful. I did notice that everyone there really seemed like they enjoyed working for this dealership. After a year and another dealership of dealing with the same issue on my truck, it appears that the issue has been finally fixed. So far the truck is running better than it has, and i am truly impressed with my experience. I plan to return for future service. Thank you for doing a Great Job! More
