The car has been passed down to me, and she always told me to take it to Tall Tom and the great service department there when I needed anything done. The car still runs great thanks to all the great care the car has been given. Tall Tom always treated my mom so well and always kept us in the loop about what things would be good to do, what was necessary, and the cost. He is very knowledgeable and helped us to understand too. The whole service department always goes above and beyond and every experience has been great! We really appreciate anything! More

Brake evaluation I took my car in to use an oil change coupon. I was told my rear brakes were 2/32 and my front right brakes were 3/32. New brake pads and new rotor I took my car in to use an oil change coupon. I was told my rear brakes were 2/32 and my front right brakes were 3/32. New brake pads and new rotors were recommended for both front and back for a total cost of almost $1000. I took my car for a second opinion to a local shop. They told me the rear brakes were in good shape at 7/32, the front rotors just needed to be turned, and the front brake pads need to be replaced. Total cost about $240. very disappointed with Century Chevrolet. More
