Employees that passed by was very polite, offering water, soft drink or coffee. Our sales rep Joey Daniels is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the model we were looking at. The team tracked down the vehicle we were looking for. (Exactly what we wanted). Jory was a real gentleman through the whole process I think the price was very fair. We really like our new Equinox. Do Not Go Here If You Want Honest Customer Service Let me start by saying that I have been going to Century for 20 years on and off, I thought it was the one place to get a fair, honest deal. Sadly, th Let me start by saying that I have been going to Century for 20 years on and off, I thought it was the one place to get a fair, honest deal. Sadly, things have changed. My last experience buying a car in May they tried to pull one over on myself and my husband and add 1500 dollars to the loan without us noticing. I did the math and the finance guy tried to play it off as a simple mistake, really? This is your job and funny how it was done to get us to buy the extra warranty. We bought the car but I have been wary about the place since. I will now be cancelling the warranty and finding one on my own. I went in to get the oil changed and asked if the equinox I previously bought was still under warranty and the man in service said yes. I took it in and when time came they said I had no warranty. Convenient right? I now am forced to pay the diagnostic fee because of their mistake. They did cut it down to $70 bucks but funny how the mistakes they make always end up in their favor! I don't trust them to fix it and will take my business to someone I can trust. Sorry just doesn't cut it. More
