Feel Comfortable Being a Part of this Dealership I had a good experience at this dealership and they make it very clear that you are becoming part of their family. So I really felt like they were loo I had a good experience at this dealership and they make it very clear that you are becoming part of their family. So I really felt like they were looking out for me and will be with my car. The sales employee working with us was super helpful and relaxed and also told us a lot about the area as we are new to town. He also told some stories about times where their customers needed something like road side assistance and ended up just calling the dealership instead of AAA or whatever and the dealership dropped what they were doing to come help. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I couldn't believe how long it took me to get my car - I was at the dealership for 6 hours and spent most of that just sitting and waiting. They were very apologetic about the wait but it was really too long. Also, I wish there were more women working here - I spotted one compared to atleast 10 men. More

He also made sure i got the accessories i wanted, and Stephanie got me schedule right away to get the put on my truck. she showed me my options and let me pick what i wanted. I really appreciated that. Khalid made filling out the paperwork easy. He made it easy for me and I had a great time getting to know him as a person. I didn't make it back to him until after 9pm and he never treated me like he was trying to get rid of me so he could go home. I had an issue in the service department and Glen jumped right on it and got me taken care of. I was out of there in minutes once the problem was identified. Century Chevrolet is 45 mins from where i live and i will never buy a vehicle form anyone else. I will make the drive every time. The whole staff here was great and they made me feel good about car buying again. More
