Exceeded expectations! I chose to take my old Malibu to Century Chevrolet for service, based on location and reviews. Every single person in the Service Department (Ben, Mat I chose to take my old Malibu to Century Chevrolet for service, based on location and reviews. Every single person in the Service Department (Ben, Matt and others!)were kind, courteous and efficient. When I came back several days later to talk about the issues with my car (I had been given a 2016 Malibu to drive) I came directly from a dentist disappointment that left my face very swollen and numb. Everyone was sympathetic and kind. The cost of repairs far exceeded the life of my old car so I asked for a woman from the Sales team to look at other options. I was introduced to Melinda by Nadine. They took me to her office and offered me an ice pack and water - I was grateful for the thoughtful gesture. Melinda asked all the right questions and got the ball rolling. I wasn't sure I would be able to qualify for a car because of some credit issues, but it turns out that the management and finance team worked some magic. Anyway, I was in no shape to be looking at cars. I left and came back a week later. I was once again with Melinda. She was prepared and had some great cars for me to look at. She was kind, knowledgeable and perfectly assertive. She was absolutely correct in all of the information that she gave me regarding financing, my available choices and Chevy ratings. Thanks to Sean for the upgrades and getting me back into a stick shift. He was also assertive, but he backed up his numbers and information every single time. James was extremely well-versed in the financial end of things and a pleasure to work with. Overall, my experience was exceptional. I will recommend Century Chevrolet to anyone who will listen. More

I am not a pet person and a lady brought in her dog who began to lick my legs when I wasn't looking and it startled me and I kicked my leg into the dog. I disgusted me so I moved to the other side of the room. The lady then let the animal climb on the furniture which is also disgusting. I then watched a larger dog enter the room free and a dog fight ensued until they were pulled apart. A third dog enter the room and they were trying to go at each other as the owners were pulling on the leashes. Why are animals allowed in this room, not all people enjoy or want that experience. More

Constantly have to bring back after service My last 3 visits to the service department have resulted in me having to bring my car back the next day to fix something that should have been fixed t My last 3 visits to the service department have resulted in me having to bring my car back the next day to fix something that should have been fixed the first time. Every time I get the oil changed here I have to return it because there is an oil leak that I am continuously told is because they forgot to tighten it all the way! In addition the last time i brought my car in I needed a new break light. When I returned home I checked and it was still out! I returned my car again (2nd return for this service) only to have them tell me that they were unaware that there were 2 break lights! The amount of additional time that I have to spend here getting something trivial serviced is completely unacceptable. I do not have three full days to take off of work everything I need an oil change. More

The finest dealer in the west I don't have much experience buying cars from dealers but I've heard a lot of horror stories, the experience was not what I expected at all.
