Customer Service still exists I had to have the transmission in my half ton work truck. This is an issue since I travel a lot for work and needed it back as soon as possible. Tom I had to have the transmission in my half ton work truck. This is an issue since I travel a lot for work and needed it back as soon as possible. Tom was in contact with me the entire time and the truck was actually done before they promised it back. Tom and his service team were great to deal with and got a tough job done as promised and there were no surprises when I went to take care of the bill. Awesome management. Codi however has an attitude everytime Lucky for everyone but Codi. This is an A+ service center. Not sure why they keep one bad apple around but he needs to work on his customer service. S Lucky for everyone but Codi. This is an A+ service center. Dealt with Codi 2 times now and both times he talked to me with a real short and negative attitude. Hope I get John next time as he is a very nice person to do business with. Would recommend century Chevrolet and also have in the past to anyone looking for honest and follow through service. More
