loss of oil pressure, repeat issue I originally had an issue with my truck losing oil pressure after an auto accident. The problem was diagnosed and fixed but reoccured a weeks later. I was given a brand new vehicle as a loaner (for free) while the issue was fixed, under warranty from the original service work. The service technician Craig even drove my vehicle home and back the next morning (with my permission) to ensure the issue was resolved. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Matt in service. I was referred by my insurance adjuster but the service provided has won me over as a customer moving forward. Excellent to work with I was in no hurry to purchase a new Corvette. I was in and out of the dealership numerous times checking out vehicles, pricing, and negotiating price I was in no hurry to purchase a new Corvette. Jeremy and other members of the new car sales team were very patient with me, didn't pressure me, and cooperated during my purchase. I would add that even the day the new Corvette was purchased, paperwork was made out, and the deal was processed on one vehicel, they cooperated with me as I changed my mind and upgraded from a base model Corvette to a Zo6 model. A big thanks to the finance person for working with me during the purchase and upgrade. I was not an easy person to sell a vehicle to! More
