I feel that the dealership needs to accommodate their customers especially when they have a vehicle that is staying overnight Tuesday my car was looked at and everything went great the sound was fixed on my vehicle and John the service advisor went a mile just to make sure that my car was fixed. My mistake - I showed up early. Tall Tom and Century Chevrolet didn't blink an eye when I showed up for my appointment an hour early. I've been in some places where my mistake would have been treated as a HUGE issue - and I would have been made to feel like my mistake was the biggest issue in the world. Not Tom, he treated my mistake like it was no big deal, he was professional and accommodating, and actually over-delivered by getting my vehicle right into the queue. There are Chevrolet dealers all over the Denver metro area and I pass right by two of them on my way to Century. Because of my interaction with Tom, I'm glad I make the drive to Century and will keep going back. Great experience! More
