Frustratingly late On several occasions I have made appointments a week or more in advance. At the time of appointment communicating what time I need to pick up the veh On several occasions I have made appointments a week or more in advance. At the time of appointment communicating what time I need to pick up the vehicle by. This is always acknowledged as 'no problem'. On the day I drop off the vehicle early in the morning I reaffirm the latest pick up time and it is always 'no problem'. This dealership has never come through. A recent example - dropped off car at 8am for oil change and to replace tail light. Agreed upon pickup time was 4pm. Upon arriving at 4pm I learned that had not even commenced any of the work and I had never received a call during the 8 hours the vehicle was sitting there that there was an issue with timing. On a very POSITIVE note - the service desk people are highly professional, very friendly, and very apologetic and sympathetic in these cases. They really bend over backwards to try to make you feel better but at the end of the day the service department is seemingly not able to perform in timely fashion for even the simplest items. More
Worst Experience ever Paid 3500 to get my chevy cobalt fixed...just to have to take it back multiple times...said first time cracked heater...charged 1500 ...second time bu Paid 3500 to get my chevy cobalt fixed...just to have to take it back multiple times...said first time cracked heater...charged 1500 ...second time busted water pump...an additional 1500...then these dumbasses didn't put the motor mounts on properly. It wasn't even screwed into place. Needless to say i sent my brother in law to speak with the supervisor. He had nothing to say but apologize!? Hmmm...i can see my safety and LIFE were not their priority instead just a quick buck. We will never again go back there to service another vehicle again. More

Dishonest and disinterested Brought our van in to get brake line replaced and the service was terrible. We are from out of town, visiting family and needed the car as soon as pos Brought our van in to get brake line replaced and the service was terrible. We are from out of town, visiting family and needed the car as soon as possible to get back. They told us it would be done in four days though it takes an hour. Called and couldn't get a return call a number of times. Came by three days later. They had lied about being able to get it done, hadn't ordered the part overnight so it was going to take six days minimum and didn't care at all. We tried to negotiate and they weren't interested in trying to help us out. If they had told us the truth in the first place, we wouldn't have wasted our time. They were rude and it turned out we could get the work for half what they charged. Went to Brakes Plus, they did it within hours and refused to take a tip. More
