Told him my wife was not feeling very well and I believe he expedited the paperwork as fast as possible. I made several inquiries by phone of these two employees each time they called back and answered my questions. In closing, based upon our experience with these two professionals, we would return in the future. More
Painful experience I took our car in because it would start but not keep running. They said it was the ignition coil, and I told them it had been replaced already but th I took our car in because it would start but not keep running. I would constantly call for the status and seldom get a response and when I would hear from them, they would constantly miss the dates they would give me, If we need service in the future we will definitely find someone else. Diagnosis was wrong and work estimated was 2,000 more Very disappointed. Your service people are nice, but they should not be paid on commission (promotes fraud) and the automotive work is terrible. Had breaks “fixed” last year, and they continued to squeak and make noise. When I returned a year later, the estimated to fix my breaks again, the estimate included many items that totalled 2,800 dollars. I paid 100 just to get my truck out of your garage and I took it to a different place, who charged me 800 to completely fix my issue. Honest guys who said I didn’t need most of the items on the Chevy repair list. I will never go back to Chevy, you have lost my trust. More
