When I decided to go with my shade tree mechanic to save money he more than understood. I hope I do not regret my decision as I know I am forgoing the excellent follow through and warranty I have received from Century several times in the past. I will take my truck to Century for serivce related issues, but when i buy a new truck I will to elsewhere. More

Amy got my truck taken care of! Amy at Century service department was on top of it. I was sold a used truck from century and it had some things that were wrong with it which I was un Amy at Century service department was on top of it. I was sold a used truck from century and it had some things that were wrong with it which I was unhappy about because the truck was supposed to be certified preowned. So I took it in and Amy gave great communication and kept me informed and the things that were not covered by warranty after I provided her date stamped photos she got my windshield replaced which was leaking, the grill was coming apart, and some things with my seat. She has a smile on her face and very pleasant working with her. She went above and beyond and when I picked up the truck the same smiling friendly face and gave me a care wash. More
