My new car. I visited Century in search of a used Subaru, my first car on my own. They had a WRX on the lot which I ended up purchasing the same day. 24 hours lat I visited Century in search of a used Subaru, my first car on my own. They had a WRX on the lot which I ended up purchasing the same day. 24 hours later, I get a call informing me I wasn’t approved & needed to bring it back to look at other options (apparently this isn’t unusual). Initially I wasn’t happy, but after a few hours working with the staff, I had other options that made the situation much easier to handle. Justin got me finances that would be approved & would work better. Alan bent over backwards the entire time to make sure I left the store happy. He went as far as finding the color, features & model I wanted, as well as driving an hour to pick it up. Not to mention the upgraded rental car & services. My family & I have been loyal customers to Century for years, & even after this very disappointing endeavor, they found a way to keep my business & make me happy. I would still recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car for their perseverance & willingness to correct this mistake. Thank you to Alan, Khalid, Justin, & Quin for all your help! More
