I found a car that I wanted to look at, emailed through the website, had a response in minute The great experience started with their online service. I found a car that I wanted to look at, emailed through the website, had a response in minutes. Instead of the setting up a test drive for the next morning my husband decided that we should go that evening. I called the dealership to verify hours, en-route the internet sales rep called me to let me know the vehicle had been sold but she was sure they could find other vehicles that would meet our needs. I arrived and told the onsite dealer a short list about what I needed and our budget (as we sat at a table next to the family who bought the car i originally wanted). He came back with a car that was perfect. Low miles, certified preowned (which the original car was not), that met all my needs. And a price that we could walk out the door with in cash as planned. I never felt pressured to go over my budget, the customer service was amazing and I was able to be in and out in an hour and a half. More
