Very poor communication. No urgency to sell new a car. I brought a car in for service and had a little bit of work done. I found out there was additional work that was going to cost a lot more money than e I brought a car in for service and had a little bit of work done. I found out there was additional work that was going to cost a lot more money than expected. I told the service agent that I wanted to talk to a sales rep about just buying a new car and trading in the old one. My car sat in the garage for 2 days with nobody getting back to me. I finally had to go and pick up my car, bring it home and bought a car from a different dealership. More
